In Gn30-06a Rachel states that God JUDGED her and hence
she called the name of her son JUDGED. Rashi illuminates
the meaning of this verse by citing several other verses
- Gn29-25 shows that Rachel double crossed Jacob sexually
- Gn30-01 shows Rachel punished--her double cross prevented
her from having children
- Gn30-02 shows latent anger by Jacob towards Rachel
