VERY BRIEF SUMMARY

Clearly FROM CONTEXT the word TEVEL must mean PERVERSION
(This is in fact Rashis 1st comment)


Rashis second comment focuses on the meaning of the root
The root of TEVEL is B-L-L, to MIX. Thus TEVEL would
be a MIXUP or MESS---the person, by sleeping with his
